| I inherited a more-or-less important trait from each of you. Good with the bad. Yet we are strangers. To use a term that has become popular as of late, what “values” do we share? Without question, we would get lost in speculation. We are who we are, and nothing more. Our destiny? We must forge it ourselves, if not reinvent it on a daily basis. So that once we reach the end of the road we receive neither punishment, nor reward. Save for having waltzed for a brief moment in this strange Ball

| J’ai hérité d’une parcelle plus ou moins importante de chacun de vous. En bien comme en mal. Pourtant nous sommes étrangers. Pour employer un mot à la mode, quelles valeurs partageons-nous ? Sans doute nous nous perdons en conjectures. Nous sommes ce que nous sommes et n’y pouvons rien. Notre destin ? Nous devons le forger, sinon le réinventer, chaque jour.
